Delivery

Most items are delivered within 1 to 2 business days, after the order has been processed - if longer than 3 days, the client will first be notified to see if the transit or sourcing times are satifactory.

Deliveries are based on product availability. You will be notified via email if a product is unavailable or delayed, in which case you will be given an option of a refund.

We do not ship overseas.

We require a physical address (though some couriers will deliver to a PO Box for an extra fee). An authorised signatory needs to be available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended redelivery attempts may be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.

We shall not be held liable for delayed, damaged, or lost goods during shipment. Optional insurance for goods can be requested but will incur an additional charge.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to KickStart Computers within 24hrs via email or phone (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened and/or used.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
