TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The KickStart Computers web site is operated by KickStart Computers (ABN: 31 564 429 203). The terms and conditions outlined below applies to the use of KickStart Computers website and to any subsequent purchases made from KickStart Computers. The use of this website indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All information, links and pictures contained on this website are only used as a reference point and may not reflect the final product. Manufacturers' specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing/Orders

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges ARE NOT included.

The pricing and availability of stock are subject to change without prior notice. KickStart Computers reserves the right to change prices due to misprints, human error or in accordance price changes made by suppliers without notice. If pricing is higher than those quoted on the website then you will be notified by KickStart Computers and may cancel the order by giving notice within 5 working days.

Once an order is placed it will be confirmed via email and you will receive an order confirmation. By placing an order you have agreed to pay the prices listed on the order form.

Goods remain the title and property of KickStart Computers until full payment has been received and cleared.

When making direct deposit payments please remember to include the order number as reference. To expedite the order process please send us the deposit receipt via email. With internet fund transfers simply cut and paste the transfer detail and email it to us. Orders will be released when the funds transfer can be reconciled on our daily bank statements.

Delivery

Deliveries are based on product availability. You will be notified via email if a product is unavailable or delayed, in which case you will be given an option of a refund on the unavailable or delayed product(s).

We do not ship overseas.

We require a physical address. An authorised signatory needs to be available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended redelivery attempts may be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.

We shall not be held liable for delayed, damaged, or lost goods during shipment. Optional insurance for goods can be requested but will incur an additional charge.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to KickStart Computers within 24hrs via email or phone (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened and/or used.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

If an item is deemed as FREE Shipping, the cost to Kickstart will be shown to the client and this cost is non-refundable.

Compatibility

KickStart Computers is unable to guarantee the compatibility between all hardware and software products. Customers are recommended to research product /software compatibility before purchasing the product(s). No refund or replacement will be given for compatibility issues.

Return of Goods

If a client needs to return a product a 20% restocking fee may be charged. The item(s) must not be opened and undamaged within their return. The client will be paying for the return costs. Please speak with Kickstart, as we try and help through any return obstacles and give the client a fair way forward.
