Conditions of Warranty:
- All goods purchased from KickStart Computers have a one-year back to base manufacturer warranty (Unless otherwise stated).
- All Computer systems purchased from KickStart Computers have a one year parts & labour warranty.
- Proof of purchase must be accompanied with all warranty claims.
- All warranty claims will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.
- KickStart Computers handles most product warranty claims but is not responsible for replacing or repairing the goods. This is done by the manufacturer.
- Some goods are not handled by KickStart Computers. The manufacturer directly handles all warranty claims for the following items; Monitors, Notebooks & Printers. Please read your items warranty conditions inside the goods packaging.
- Warranty does not include physically damaged goods & software faults.
- When sending any goods to KickStart Computers, please be aware that you must download the warranty claim form below before sending. Return Authorisation (RA) numbers are valid for 10 days. Any item sent without an RA number enclosed will not be processed. Do not follow this procedure if you wish to bring your faulty item to our business headquarters. All paperwork can be handled there.
- Please ensure that your item is faulty. Return postage costs & labour charges may be charged to the customer if any item is found to have no fault.
- The RA number must be clearly written on the shipping label, NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, and a copy of original invoice must be supplied.
- Warranty turn around time is not dependent on KickStart Computers. All items must be sent to the manufacturer or supplier for replacement or repair as stated above. This may take a few weeks.
- Shipping of products returned for warranty to and from KickStart Computers will be at the customer's expense. It is recommended that you send a pre-paid satchel with the products returned to us. To avoid any inconvenience we also recommend that you insure your return shipment.
- KickStart Computers does not provide advance replacement products and will not be liable for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have the faulty item replaced or repaired.
- KickStart Computers will under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential including, without limitations, lost profits, lost goodwill, work stoppage, and loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the computer system.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days
of purchase. To be eligible for a refund you must have the product in
its “as
new” state, with all boxes, books, cd's, cables etc
accompanied. A restocking
fee of 20% applies. Any items without all required accompanied items
will not
be accepted for a refund. To be eligible for a return for credit you
must have
the product in its “as new” state. No restocking
fee applies to return for
credit. Any items without all required accompanied items will not be
accepted
for a return for credit.
