The delivery time will vary depending on the method of delivery chosen at the time of purchase. When a client places an order, they will be asked to choose between the methods outlined below.

Weekly Dropoff - All orders received before 10am Wednesday will be delivered on Friday. If an item can not make this delivery then the client will be notified with an ETA, so they can make a decision whether to proceed or not. When you choose the weekly dropoff you have two options, you can pick up the product, or you can have it same day delivered through a local courier.
Pickup - $5 (Available 9am to 5:30pm Wednesday to Friday)
Local Courier - $10 (Sent out on Friday for same day delivery, depending on location)

Australia Post - Small/Medium Sized Items
Small items under 15kg most times can be delivered by Registered Australia post. KickStart Computers generally wraps these items in a protective layer of bubble wrap in addition to the already provided protection offered by the manufacturer. If the freight of the product falls outside of the chosen option any extras will be discussed prior to order processing. Australia Post will generally make delivery within 2 to 7 business days. If an item can not be delivered within this time frame the client will be notified before the order is processed.
Small Item Under 5 Kg - $10.
Medium/Large Item 5 to 15Kg - $15.

Express Delivery - delivery will take between 1 to 3 days from the time of order. If outside of these boundaries, the client is notified to assess whether to proceed. For next day delivery, the order should be placed before 11 am the day prior to delivery - 75% of all orders will be delivered the day after order placement. The Express Delivery service freights items through the use of couriers.

If Express Delivery is chosen and the weight is over 5kg we will require a physical address. An authorised signatory needs available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended, redelivery attempts may be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.
Express Courier - $15

We shall not be held liable for delayed, damaged, or lost goods during shipment. Insurance may be opted for where Australia Post is making delivery - couriers have their own internal insurance.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to KickStart Computers with 24hrs via email or fax (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened or used. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Note: Before any purchase is charged, the availability of the products will be confirmed. If the ETA is within a 1 to 3 day time frame or it will be avaliable at the weekly drop off (Friday), the order will continue, if not the client will be contacted. If there is a change in freight charges from what was initially agreed to, then the client will be notified before the extra is charged.
