Delivery - The delivery will take between 1 to 3 days from the time of order. If outside of these boundaries, the client is notified to assess whether to proceed.The delivery service freights items through the use of couriers - though some items are freighted via post but this is rare.

If the weight is over 5kg we will require a physical address- otherwise a PO Box is suitable. With the use of couriers an authorised signatory needs available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended, redelivery attempts may be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. Courier - $15

We shall not be held liable for delayed, damaged, or lost goods during shipment. Insurance may be opted for where Australia Post is making delivery - couriers have their own internal insurance.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to KickStart Computers with 24hrs via email or fax (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened or used. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Note: A purchase is charged only when the delivery is expected to occur within the 1 to 3 day time frame and freight is covered by the default amount of $15 - if outside of these boundaries then the client is notified before the order is processed i.e. we do not like to take money off a client when they can not receive their goods promptly or they are not aware of additional freight charges.
