Residential Repair - The below options describe the service types KickStart Computers offers its clients.

PC Pickup - By phoning through your repair a courier will be organised to pickup the computer hardware requiring attention. The cut-off times for this service is 10am for same day pickup and repair (returned the next day, depending on repair requirements). The computer must be ready to be dispatched.
The computer will be fixed that day and arrive at your location the following afternoon.
If any delays are experienced the client will be notified.
PC Drop off - You can drop off your computer to our office/workshop, but please make sure that you have placed a repair request using the online facilities and have the repair request number available at the time of drop off
Depending on the drop off time and severity of the problem, your computer will be diagnosed and fixed that day. If we experience any delays during the repair process you will be notified.
Both of the above service options are carried out within the KickStart Computers workshop and are charged at the following rates.
Workshop Rates
Workshop labour is $45.00 Inc GST per half hour or part there of.
Workshop rates do not exceed $90.00 without customer's prior approval.
